Frederick County Woman Sues Merck in Maryland

Lisa Matthews is seeking damages over the loss of her husband in Maryland court, attributing it to his usage of Vioxx. The suit filed yesterday asks for $10 million in compensatory damages and $20 million in punitive damages. Matthews is being represented by David Albright Jr. of Bennett and Albright in Baltimore.
