Pfizer Says Bextra Likely to Return to Market

Pfizer Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Hank McKinnell stated Tuesday that Bextra is likely to return to the market. He has said that "for many patients it is the best choice or the only choice". The FDA is open to talks with Pfizer but believe the risks outweigh the benefits, and say Bextra can cause a potentially life-threatening skin condition called Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Pfizer has
