This past week I've been somewhat distracted. My dad was scheduled for a cardiac catheterization this coming Wednesday, since he was suffering from Angina. This was the first I had heard of this. I knew he had other medical problems, being nearly eighty, but heart disease wasn't something I thought of when I thought of dad. He's always been the healthiest of our family, constantly doing some athletic activity (skiing, tennis, golf...) until slowing down in the last couple of years. Picture my s ... (more)
