57 year old woman presented 7 months ago with acute coronary syndrome and cath showed a complex LAD diagonal true bifurcation stenosis.  The diagonal was a large vessel which it self bifurcates.  She was treated with two Taxus Express stents one in the LAD and the other through the LAD stent into the diagonal. Finally kissing balloon was performed in both stents.    She was seen in clinic last week she was complaining of chest pain.   She came today for relook ... (more)
