The FDA has just approved a drug for RLS - which apparently stands for Restless Leg Syndrme. First you have to love the name of this drug - Requip. Second the fact that there is something called restless leg syndrome.  This form the news release on WebMd; May 6, 2005 -- The FDA has approved Requip to treat moderate-to-severe restless legs syndrome (RLS). Requip was first approved by the FDA in 1997 to treat Parkinson's disease. RLS affects nearly 10% of the population, says the FDA. The co ... (more)
