The FDA has approved pregabalin capsules (Lyrica), eszopiclone tablets (Lunesta), loteprednol etabonate plus tobramycin ophthalmic suspension (Zylet), 0.3-mg and 0.45-mg tablet strengths of synthetic conjugated estrogens, B (Enjuvia), and an orphan drug for cystic fibrosis (PTC 124).
