In a Dec. 31 story about a new pain drug, The Associated Press erroneously reported that Pfizer Inc.'s Lyrica was the first approved for treatment of pain associated with diabetes. Eli Lilly & Co.'s drug, Cymbalta, was approved Sept. 3 to treat diabetes pain.
