Oral Contraceptives and Migraine with Aura

A common question from Ob/Gyn docs: Can patients with migraine with aura take birth control medications. This has become a hot issue since WHO came out with their guidelines last year. I did some checking regarding this issue and found the the data to be somewhat less than ideal.
